Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) is a medical treatment designed to restore optimal testosterone levels in men experiencing low testosterone. This therapy helps alleviate symptoms such as fatigue, low libido, mood swings, weight gain, and decreased muscle mass, improving overall quality of life.

At Harley Street TRT, we offer testosterone capsules, injections, and gels. Each TRT option has unique benefits and suitability depending on individual preferences and medical conditions. During our initial consultation, we evaluate patients’ test results and low testosterone symptoms. Patients will discuss the best TRT options with a clinical expert, who will then create a personalised treatment plan tailored to each individual.

Common symptoms of low testosterone include decreased energy, reduced libido, low mood, poor concentration, decreased muscle mass, disturbed sleep patterns, weight gain, and more. However, please note that symptoms of low testosterone can vary widely between individuals and often go unnoticed due to their diverse nature.
Checking symptoms is quick and easy. Simply take our ADAM assessment – it takes less than 20 seconds and requires no data entry.
Note: A blood test is required to check testosterone levels. You can order a blood test on our booking page. Alternatively, if you have completed a blood test within six months prior to your consultation, you can submit those results for your TRT evaluation. In this instance, please book your consultation without a blood test.
The benefits of testosterone therapy include increased energy, improved mood, better sleep, enhanced libido, and an overall improved quality of life. Many patients report significant improvements in their daily functioning and well-being after starting TRT treatment. By maintaining optimal testosterone levels, TRT helps combat symptoms of low testosterone, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Typically, noticeable changes can be observed within 1-2 weeks of starting the treatment, or even earlier. Full benefits are generally experienced after three to six months of consistent therapy, depending on individual health conditions, the severity of symptoms, and the chosen TRT treatment option. Regular follow-ups and adjustments ensure maximum effectiveness.
